WTHS is a non profit 501c3 organization devoted to the preservation of Woodland Township’s unique Pinelands’ heritage, and to the dissemination of pertinent historical information to convey the legacy of the past to present and future generations. Woodland Township Historical Society was formed in 2000 by a handful of local residents with a desire to document the history of Chatsworth, Capital of the Pines, and Woodland Township.
